About the role

Join HUE GUH Hotels & Villas as a Steward (Food & Beverage Associate) at The Porto Candolim, a boutique luxury hotel on Candolim Beach. You will support daily food and beverage operations, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dining areas, tables, and service stations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to guests.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the service area.
• Assist the team in adhering to food safety regulations and hotel standards.
• Respond quickly to guest requests and resolve any service issues.
