Solution Designer – 3rd Party Software Solutions (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a Solution Designer who will lead the integration of third‑party software solutions within our heterogeneous enterprise IT environment. Based in Hyderabad, you will work closely with infrastructure, security and development teams to ensure seamless design, deployment and lifecycle management of external applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integration architectures for third‑party software, covering infrastructure, security and connectivity.
• Manage the full lifecycle of integrated solutions, including updates, end‑of‑life planning and compliance with corporate security and IAM standards.
• Configure and maintain databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and web servers (Tomcat, Apache, IIS) to support integrated applications.
• Develop and maintain web‑service integrations (JSON, SOAP, REST, OpenAPI V3.0) without writing new APIs.
• Coordinate with cloud platforms (Azure, Docker, Kubernetes) and container orchestration tools such as Traefik.
• Handle certificate management (ACME) and ensure proper change, release and incident management processes.
• Document configurations in the CMDB (ServiceNow) and follow ITIL best practices.

Required profile

• Strong sense of ownership and proactive attitude.
• Excellent self‑organization, stress resistance during security events and operational disruptions.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (C1) and German (B2).
• Team player with a continuous learning mindset and willingness to propose creative improvements.

Required skills

• Windows and Linux operating systems (LPIC‑1 level or Windows Server Administration Fundamentals).
• Network fundamentals and technical security/IAM concepts.
• Microsoft SQL Server (DML & DDL), PostgreSQL, Oracle Database (latest versions).
• Web server configuration: Tomcat, Apache HTTP Server, IIS.
• Software installation and configuration across complex system landscapes.
• Web‑service integration: JSON, SOAP, REST API, OpenAPI V3.0.
• Cloud concepts: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
• Docker technologies, container orchestration, Traefik, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Certificate handling (ACME) and ITIL processes.
• ServiceNow CMDB, Change, Release and Incident Management.
• Project Management methods – both traditional and agile.
