Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to design, develop and maintain scalable software applications that support our business operations and product functionality. The role involves building backend services, APIs and optimizing performance across modern development environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain software applications and system components.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following engineering standards.
• Build and integrate APIs, backend services, and application features.
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams to deliver functionality.
• Troubleshoot software defects and resolve technical issues.
• Optimize applications for scalability, reliability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and promote best practices.
• Maintain documentation for systems, workflows and technical implementations.
• Support testing, deployment and ongoing maintenance of applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in software development or engineering.
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and software development principles.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Programming languages: Java, Python, C#, JavaScript.
• Frameworks: Spring Boot.NET, Node.js, React.
• Experience with databases and writing optimized queries.
• API design and integration.
• Version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
• Microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering practices.
