Senior ServiceNow GRC Consultant

About the role

The Senior ServiceNow GRC Consultant will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. Working closely with Compliance, Privacy, Information Security, and IT teams, the role ensures scalable risk and policy management across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and own components of ServiceNow GRC implementations.
• Configure workflows for policy, risk, and control management.
• Support design and continuous improvement of GRC processes.
• Maintain and enhance GRC data models and controls.
• Troubleshoot system issues and drive resolution or escalation.
• Collaborate with IT on platform performance and integrations.
• Analyze GRC data to identify risks and inefficiencies.
• Prepare reports on compliance metrics and risk indicators.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align solutions.
• Document system configurations and process changes.
• Support user training and adoption of GRC tools.
• Identify process and system improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to risk transformation initiatives and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• At least three years of experience in compliance, information security, risk management, or system implementation.
• Minimum two years of experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow GRC.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
