Senior SAP APO Consultant – Supply Chain Planning

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SAP APO Consultant to lead the design, configuration and rollout of SAP APO Demand Planning (DP) and Supply Network Planning (SNP) across a multi‑ERP landscape. The role will own the end‑to‑end solution, ensuring a scalable global planning platform for regions such as Australia, China and others.

Key responsibilities

• Design and configure APO DP and SNP models, including planning books, macros, CVCs, location‑product masters and transportation lanes.
• Integrate APO with non‑SAP ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX, U8, CROSS) and Azure‑based data platforms.
• Lead the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering, functional design, build, SIT, UAT, cut‑over to hyper‑care.
• Diagnose and resolve master‑data inconsistencies, planning exceptions, CIF integration issues and SNP proposal errors.
• Facilitate workshops, design walkthroughs and testing sessions with business planners and IT teams.
• Define data governance, master‑data ownership and quality‑control processes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP APO SNP and DP, including configuration of planning books, macros and heuristics.
• Proven experience in hybrid multi‑ERP environments and integration with Azure data services.
• Strong understanding of global supply‑chain planning frameworks and data governance.
