Senior Engineer Maintenance - Electrical

About the role

The Senior Engineer Maintenance – Electrical is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all electrical equipment across the plant and associated non‑plant areas. This role combines hands‑on maintenance, planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement to support uninterrupted production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly electrical maintenance schedules in coordination with planning and plant teams.
• Prepare and monitor electrical maintenance budgets for both workshop and plant operations.
• Manage resources and resourcing plans to meet maintenance KPIs and handle day‑to‑day electrical tasks.
• Oversee maintenance of OSBL non‑plant assets such as split ACs, window ACs, water coolers, domestic fridges, and street lighting.
• Lead root‑cause analysis for electrical failures and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Ensure compliance with HSEF standards, company policies, SOPs, and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate external repairs, planned turnarounds, and shutdown services for electrical systems.
• Drive continuous process improvements and stay updated on best practices in electrical maintenance.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in electrical maintenance within an industrial environment.
• Proven ability to plan, budget, and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
