Senior Business Solution Consultant – Non-Conformance Management

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Solution Consultant specialized in Non‑Conformance Management (NCM) to join our Digital Hub in Hyderabad. You will be the bridge between business users and IT, ensuring the BASF NCM processes and applications deliver high‑quality, compliant outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and optimise BASF NCM processes and related SAP, reporting and mobile applications.
• Gather user requirements, translate them into detailed IT specifications and drive change management.
• Collaborate with project managers, product owners, developers and data scientists to enhance the solution portfolio.
• Provide training, support and continuous improvement to end‑users.
• Help Operational Divisions achieve better customer service, quality and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in manufacturing or quality management, preferably in the chemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 10002 standards.
• Proven ability to work in multicultural, virtual teams and drive change.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills.
