Senior Associate, Data Analysis & Visualization

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Associate to lead the design, development and operation of global Business Intelligence solutions within Alcon’s ERP landscape. The role focuses on SAP Analytics technologies, ensuring solutions meet quality, performance and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver and maintain SAP Analytics solutions, including data models and reports.
• Work with SAP BDC tools such as Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud and SAC Planning.
• Standardize design and development processes across teams.
• Collaborate with IT, functional, business and data teams to align solutions with enterprise needs.

Required profile

• 4+ years of business consultancy and SAP implementation experience in an international environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field with SAP knowledge.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience working with global, cross‑cultural teams.

Required skills

• SAP BDC (Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAC Planning)
• SAP BW on HANA and HANA application development
• HANA SQL and ABAP
• Analysis for Office, Tableau, Power BI
• Understanding of ERP project methodology and compliance (CSV, GXP, SOX) in the medical‑devices sector
