Senior Agentic AI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to lead the design and implementation of high‑performance AI orchestration services within our Digital Hub. You will build autonomous agents that integrate with enterprise data and APIs, driving innovative solutions for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development of the orchestration service and Agent‑to‑Agent bus, handling thousands of requests per minute.
• Design and implement autonomous "Horizon 3/4" agents using LangGraph or AutoGen on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Integrate Databricks Unity Catalog with the agent runtime to provide real‑time, governed data access.
• Optimize latency, token costs, and distributed state management for long‑running AI workflows.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce Zero‑Trust security standards.
• Develop and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) compliant tools for SAP, ServiceNow, and other enterprise APIs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python development skills with expertise in FastAPI, Pydantic, async/await, and concurrency.
• Hands‑on experience deploying and debugging containerized applications on Kubernetes (AKS).
• Deep knowledge of agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
• Practical experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure services, and Databricks.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot nondeterministic AI systems and implement reliability patterns.
