Security Analyst

About the role

Experian is seeking a Security Analyst to support its security governance, assurance and risk activities. You will work closely with senior team members to monitor compliance, assist with audits and help improve security processes across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support security governance and assurance activities, ensuring adherence to policies, standards and control frameworks.
• Conduct security risk assessments for projects, platforms and services, documenting risks and recommended treatment plans.
• Assist internal and external audits (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS) by collecting evidence, testing controls and tracking remediation.
• Monitor security metrics, dashboards and control performance indicators, identifying non‑compliance and trends.
• Log, track and remediate security non‑conformities, working with application owners and platform teams.
• Prepare security reports, dashboards and metrics summaries for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Risk Management, Internal Audit and Technology teams to identify new risks and compliance gaps.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in information security, IT risk, compliance or audit.
• Understanding of security and risk frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2 or NIST.
• Familiarity with security metrics, control monitoring and compliance reporting.
• Awareness of cloud, SaaS or enterprise platforms.
