Salesforce Distribution Enablement Manager

About the role

Invesco is seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional to lead Distribution Enablement across the APAC region. You will own the regional CRM platform, drive adoption, and ensure the solution delivers measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and govern the APAC Salesforce environment, aligning with global architecture.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, configuration workbooks, and process maps.
• Lead data‑cleansing initiatives, including de‑duplication, standardisation, and legacy data remediation.
• Partner with global teams on architecture decisions, backlog prioritisation, and integration management.
• Act as a CRM evangelist, promoting platform adoption and showcasing insights.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of hands‑on Salesforce experience, preferably in financial services or asset management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security architecture, and best practices.
• Ability to read Apex code and provide L2/L3 support for complex issues.
• Experience with Power BI and data governance is advantageous.
