About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to join our Medium Enterprises (ME) team. The role focuses on sourcing and managing a portfolio of medium‑size corporate clients with turnover between ₹100 Cr and ₹500 Cr, ensuring portfolio hygiene and driving cross‑selling of financial solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Client Acquisition (NTB): Identify and acquire new‑to‑bank medium‑enterprise clients through market intelligence, referrals and networking.
- Portfolio Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Credit Note Preparation: Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed credit notes, evaluating risk and structuring proposals in line with credit policies.
- Sanction Process & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal credit teams for proposal discussions, approvals and client communication.
- Portfolio Hygiene: Oversee timely renewals, limit compliance, documentation and early‑warning monitoring to preserve asset quality.
- Cross‑Selling: Identify opportunities to sell trade finance, treasury, cash management, insurance and working‑capital solutions.
Required profile
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Commerce or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in corporate/SME/ME banking.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis and financial statements.
- Excellent relationship‑management and communication abilities.
- Proven track record of driving business growth while managing risk.
