Relationship Manager – Medium Enterprises

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to join our Medium Enterprises (ME) team. The role focuses on sourcing and managing a portfolio of medium‑size corporate clients with turnover between ₹100 Cr and ₹500 Cr, ensuring portfolio hygiene and driving cross‑selling of financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Client Acquisition (NTB): Identify and acquire new‑to‑bank medium‑enterprise clients through market intelligence, referrals and networking.
• Portfolio Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Credit Note Preparation: Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed credit notes, evaluating risk and structuring proposals in line with credit policies.
• Sanction Process & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal credit teams for proposal discussions, approvals and client communication.
• Portfolio Hygiene: Oversee timely renewals, limit compliance, documentation and early‑warning monitoring to preserve asset quality.
• Cross‑Selling: Identify opportunities to sell trade finance, treasury, cash management, insurance and working‑capital solutions.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in corporate/SME/ME banking.
• Strong understanding of credit analysis and financial statements.
• Excellent relationship‑management and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of driving business growth while managing risk.
