React JS Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced React JS Consultant to design, develop, and maintain high‑quality, responsive user interfaces. You will work closely with backend teams, designers, and agile squads to deliver scalable front‑end solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex, responsive UI using React/React.js and modern front‑end frameworks.
• Build and optimise reusable components, hooks, and UI patterns for consistency and scalability.
• Integrate front‑end applications with backend services and APIs, collaborating with Node.js teams.
• Implement state‑management solutions (e.g., Context API) for complex data flows.
• Ensure high performance through profiling, code optimisation, and best‑practice performance techniques.
• Develop web experiences with React Native for Web and collaborate on mobile features with React Native teams.
• Apply modular architecture, clean code, and maintainable project structures.
• Write unit and integration tests for components and workflows.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards.
• Translate UX/UI designs into pixel‑perfect implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front‑end issues across browsers and devices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to process improvements.
• Engage in agile ceremonies, estimation, technical design, and delivery planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• 5–9 years of hands‑on front‑end development experience with a strong focus on React.
• Proven track record of building production‑grade applications using component‑based architecture.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience integrating front‑end with backend services, basic exposure to Node.js.
• Familiarity with agile development, version control, and standard workflows.
