Quantitative Research & Data Visualization Consultant

About the role

The Advisors Research Center (ARC) at Mastercard is looking for a Quantitative Research – Data Visualization Consultant to turn complex research data into clear visual outputs for global client projects. You will work closely with ARC researchers, analysts and consulting teams to ensure that findings are presented in a compelling, accurate and client‑ready format.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze quantitative research data and create charts, tables and exhibits using data‑visualisation tools.
• Translate analytical outputs into clear, easy‑to‑understand visual formats.
• Apply ARC and Mastercard visual standards consistently across all deliverables.
• Iterate visual assets based on feedback from researchers and consultants.
• Review outputs for accuracy, formatting consistency and clarity.
• Organise and maintain visualization assets, templates and working files.
• Collaborate with global teams to meet project timelines and quality expectations.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience at a research agency or in an in‑house research role.
• Solid foundation in quantitative research methodologies and reporting.
• Experience contributing to end‑to‑end custom research projects, especially in data visualization or analytics support.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools and techniques.
