QC Manager, Flooring

About the role

The QC Manager, Flooring will work closely with Quality Assurance, Sourcing, Merchandising and suppliers to embed quality checkpoints early in the product lifecycle. This role ensures that flooring products meet Quince’s high standards of quality, sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to embed quality checkpoints throughout the product process.
• Lead supplier quality and compliance assessments and guide suppliers on best practices.
• Interpret in‑process and analytical data to evaluate quality, recommend improvements and ensure issue resolution.
• Present on‑site to supervise supplier QC personnel or perform QC actions for troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to promptly identify and address quality issues.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve quality‑related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Respond to customer complaints related to product quality and coordinate corrective measures with suppliers.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading supplier quality assessments in a manufacturing or flooring environment.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret process and laboratory data.
• Excellent communication skills for on‑site presentations and stakeholder collaboration.
