QA Junior Officer

About the role

Envalior is looking for a motivated QA Junior Officer to join its India Commercial team. You will support the testing and quality assurance processes for high‑performance polymer and chemical materials, ensuring safety, compliance and product integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Report unsafe conditions and use protection kits during testing as per SHEQ requirements.
• Execute laboratory tests strictly following inspection plans and record results in the database.
• Identify and report abnormal test data or equipment conditions to the shift in charge.
• Maintain laboratory housekeeping, handle testing equipment, and ensure proper disposal of samples.
• Follow lab SOPs and update inspection results in the database.
• Sample products, label, store, and manage product samples according to quality instructions.
• Determine product release status or initiate corrective actions in consultation with production owners.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Polymer, Chemical, or Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a QA role within a similar industry.
• Familiarity with SHEQ and quality management procedures.

Required skills

• Operation of laboratory testing equipment.
• Accurate data entry into quality databases.
• Compliance with SHEQ reporting and lab SOPs.
