Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support engineering projects from concept to delivery. The role involves managing documentation, schedules, and supplier interactions to ensure timely and quality execution.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Statements of Requirement, purchase and sub‑contracting requests.
• Interpret Bill of Materials, test instructions, wiring diagrams, drawings, specifications, QAP/QCP and ATP.
• Coordinate and expedite tasks with suppliers and internal teams such as Design, Quality, Supply Chain and Stores.
• Create and maintain project schedules using MS Project.
• Generate status reports and review presentation materials.
• Travel to supplier locations across India as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology, preferably Electrical Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of project management principles.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for supplier visits.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with PLM, ERP‑LN and Concerto.
• Proficiency in MS Project.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
