Product Manager SAP Authorization

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the SAP Authorization portfolio. The role is based in Hyderabad and focuses on shaping the product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with business needs across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for SAP Authorization solutions.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional initiatives, collaborating with IT, security, and business teams.
• Identify market trends and new technologies to keep the product offering competitive.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product vision effectively.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or Computer Science.
• Several years of professional experience in IT/digital environments, including SAP projects.
• Proven leadership and orchestration skills across cross‑functional topics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to question the status quo.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication and conflict‑management abilities.
