Product Manager – D2C Growth & Conversion

About the role

Swiss Beauty is seeking a Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle of its direct‑to‑consumer (D2C) website and app. You will drive growth, improve conversion funnels, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the D2C product roadmap aligned with revenue, CAC and LTV targets.
• Manage the website/app experience from landing page through checkout and post‑purchase.
• Analyze funnel metrics, run A/B tests and optimise conversion rates.
• Develop retention programmes, subscriptions and loyalty initiatives.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, supply‑chain and support teams.
• Integrate and maintain Shopify or custom CMS, payment gateways, logistics and CRM tools.
• Monitor performance metrics (CR, AOV, CAC, LTV, retention) using analytics platforms.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in D2C or e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands‑on experience in data‑driven decision making.
• Experience in high‑growth startups or consumer brands.
• Familiarity with performance‑marketing channels (Meta, Google Ads).
• Basic knowledge of SQL or similar data tools.
