Process Transition Manager

About the role

The Process Transition Manager will lead end‑to‑end transition initiatives for client processes, ensuring seamless migration and operational continuity. Working closely with on‑site client teams, the role involves assessing current processes, recommending re‑engineering solutions, and evaluating off‑shoring feasibility.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full lifecycle transitions with accountability for delivery and quality.
• Collaborate with business users, senior management, and IT teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Provide ground‑level assessments and actionable recommendations on process redesign and off‑shoring options.
• Lead client engagements, maintaining consistent service delivery and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Transitions Managers, Operations Leads, Quality, and Business Development to ensure alignment.
• Support training and development initiatives for transition teams and external vendors as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing process transitions or large‑scale implementation projects.
• Strong ability to interact with senior client and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
• Effective communication and presentation capabilities.
