PMO Manager – Operations Excellence

About the role

The PMO Manager will lead the Governance and execution of the Global Business Services (GBS) Operational Excellence program at AB InBev GCC’s Bangalore center. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations and Strategy, you will partner with GBS India leadership and tower heads to shape, prioritize, and deliver multi‑year operational initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end implementation of the Operational Excellence (OE) framework, conducting monthly audits and driving continuous improvement across towers.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards using Excel and PowerBI, flagging risks and presenting insights to senior leadership.
• Benchmark GBS center performance, share best practices, and lead OE training sessions on methodologies such as RCA, PDCA, DMAIC, and Kaizen.
• Identify process gaps, apply project‑management methodologies, and mentor teams to close those gaps.
• Facilitate critical Ops routines including Shared Communication Meet, Battle of Towers, RTO governance, NPS tracking, and stakeholder engagement events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operational governance, project management, or a similar PMO function within a large, data‑driven organization.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication skills to influence cross‑functional leaders and drive adoption of improvement initiatives.
