Plant Operator – Float/Solar Glass

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Plant Operator to run and monitor both hot‑end and cold‑end production lines in a float or solar glass manufacturing facility. The role ensures smooth plant performance, product quality, and safety while working in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor hot‑end and cold‑end production lines.
• Maintain process parameters and product quality standards.
• Identify and report operational abnormalities or equipment issues.
• Support maintenance and basic troubleshooting activities.
• Follow safety, housekeeping, and operational SOPs.
• Maintain production records and shift reports.

Required profile

• Technical qualification (graduate level preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in float glass or solar glass manufacturing.
• Understanding of glass production processes and plant operations.
• Ability to work rotational shifts.
• Strong focus on safety and quality standards.
• Proactive mindset and operational discipline.
