Planning Manager

About the role

The Planning Manager will lead the coordination of construction schedules for high‑end villa projects, ensuring seamless implementation of master programs and timely delivery of premium finishes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with site teams to execute the Master Construction program.
• Plan and sequence high‑end finishing activities such as stone, veneer, marble, joinery, façade, and landscape works.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and landscape consultants to manage design dependencies and material lead times, especially for imported premium materials.
• Track approvals for material palettes, BOQs, and shop drawings critical to villa finishing.
• Develop look‑ahead schedules (3‑, 6‑, 12‑week) and align labor, specialized trades, and material deliveries.
• Chair weekly design freeze reviews and manage shop‑drawing, sample, and mock‑up approval trackers.
• Prepare risk assessments, identify high‑risk activities, and propose mitigation measures.
• Automate and enhance Management Information Systems (MIS) for reporting and dashboard creation.
• Monitor schedule and cost performance, prepare recovery plans, and publish weekly/monthly dashboards covering milestones, cash flow, P&L variances, and change orders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction planning and scheduling for residential or real‑estate projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess risks, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering high‑quality finishes on time.
