Personal assistant needed for man with brain injury in Rönninge

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated personal assistant to support a 51‑year‑old man in Rönninge who has an acquired brain injury. The role involves round‑the‑clock assistance, including occasional double support, to help him lead an active and enjoyable daily life.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 personal assistance, including double assistance when required.
• Assist with computer use, outdoor activities, walking, and attending sports events.
• Support swimming sessions in the pool; the assistant must be comfortable and competent in water.
• Accompany the client to his workplace three days per week.
• Motivate and participate in training exercises aimed at regaining functions.
• Travel with the client on occasional trips within Sweden and abroad.
• Handle visits from a dog, ensuring no fur‑allergy issues.

Required profile

• Social, positive, and enjoys a light‑hearted atmosphere.
• Flexible and able to adapt to varying schedules and travel needs.
• Not allergic to animal fur.
• Interest in fitness and willingness to encourage training activities.

Required skills

• Ability to swim and provide safe assistance in a pool environment.
