About the role
The Manager – Online Operations leads digital site operations for Lowes.com, ensuring swift and efficient execution of production‑level projects while driving operational excellence, quality, and scalable processes across online customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee operational governance, site readiness, issue and incident management, and production execution.
- Drive launch readiness and continuous improvement initiatives for the digital site.
- Lead a team of Team Leads, Lead Analysts, and Analysts to maintain operational stability and customer‑focused execution.
- Partner with Product, Planning, Engineering, Merchandising, Marketing, UX, Technology and other Digital Commerce teams to align on business priorities.
- Balance execution speed, operational stability, customer experience, and business impact while building scalable operating models.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in managing digital or e‑commerce operations teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across product, engineering, marketing and merchandising functions.
- Ability to drive operational efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in overseeing incident management and production launch processes.
