Medical Doctor – Sexual Health (MBBS required)

About the role

DrSafeHands is seeking a qualified Medical Doctor to join its Bengaluru team. The role focuses on diagnosing and treating sexual health concerns, delivering both in‑person and virtual consultations while maintaining the highest standards of privacy and patient dignity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical examinations for patients presenting with STI or other sexual health issues.
• Prescribe appropriate treatments and medication in line with clinical guidelines.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, coordinating with the company’s extensive network of collection centers.
• Collaborate with counselors and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic, patient‑centred care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
• Participate in patient education initiatives and update clinical protocols as needed.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with a valid Indian medical license.
• Strong communication skills for both face‑to‑face and virtual consultations.
• Ability to work sensitively with patients, respecting privacy and confidentiality.
• Organizational aptitude for precise record‑keeping.
• Compassionate, professional demeanor with a commitment to patient dignity.
