Medical Affairs Manager – Oncology & Haematology (Emerging Markets)

About the role

The Medical Affairs Manager – Oncology & Haematology will lead medical strategy and execution for priority oncology and haematology products across Emerging Markets for Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. The role focuses on new product launch excellence, scientific engagement, and generation of real‑world evidence to support market access.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new product launch excellence for oncology and haematology brands in Emerging Markets.
• Translate clinical and real‑world evidence into clear value narratives and practical field applications.
• Design and deliver high‑impact scientific engagements such as international speaker programs, webinars, advisory boards and KOL visits.
• Guide country teams in real‑world evidence generation and pharmacoeconomic/HEOR planning to support market access.
• Ensure compliant execution of scientific and promotional materials through timely approvals and governance.

Required profile

• Experience in medical affairs within oncology and/or haematology.
• Proven ability to work across Emerging Markets and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of clinical data, real‑world evidence and health economics.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance processes for scientific communications.
