Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will promote our pharmaceutical portfolio to doctors, chemists, stockists and other key stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving prescriptions, increasing brand visibility and supporting the overall sales strategy within an assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Visit doctors, chemists, stockists and other customers according to the company’s call plan.
• Provide scientific information about products, generate prescriptions and ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
• Achieve product‑wise and value‑wise sales targets on a monthly and yearly basis.
• Enhance territory profitability, maintain or grow market share and nurture customer relationships.
• Manage product distribution, monitor breakage and expiry, and control related expenses.
• Analyse call data to refine future engagement strategies.
• Collect market intelligence on competitor activities and share insights with the marketing team.
• Prepare and propose monthly and annual distribution plans for the territory.
• Generate stockist/distributor orders, ensure timely supply, and collect payments as per policy.
• Report any adverse drug reactions or complaints in line with pharmacovigilance guidelines.
• Maintain accurate tour plans, daily call reports, expense statements and safeguard company assets.

Required profile

• Graduation in Pharmacy.
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical marketing or sales.
• Strong orientation toward results, innovation, collaboration and customer centricity.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, develop talent and act with strategic agility.
