Machine Operator – Filler (4+ years experience)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator specialized in filler equipment to join our production team in Surat. The role involves ensuring smooth operation of machinery, maintaining equipment reliability, and supporting the manufacturing process in a beverage production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of filler machinery.
• Operate tools and equipment to support the manufacturing workflow.
• Perform periodic equipment checks and promptly resolve any detected issues.
• Collaborate with team members to keep all equipment in proper working order.
• Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations at all times.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience operating CAN-line machines in the beverage industry.
• Strong aptitude for mathematics, problem‑solving, computers, and mechanical concepts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with hand tools.
