Logistics Manager

About the role

Honeywell is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead end‑to‑end logistics operations across warehousing and transportation for its India businesses. You will be responsible for optimizing material flow, inventory accuracy and cost efficiency while ensuring compliance with safety and statutory regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive seamless warehouse and transport execution for ~150 cr of inventory and 50K+ monthly transactions.
• Lead a team of 6‑8 direct reports and coordinate outsourced staff and 3PL partners.
• Own inbound, storage, stockroom and outbound processes, ensuring high service levels and working‑capital optimization.
• Develop and maintain MIS/MOS dashboards to monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, fill rates and productivity.
• Implement continuous‑improvement initiatives (Lean/Kaizen) to reduce cycle time and enhance process reliability.
• Ensure strict adherence to EHS, statutory and Honeywell compliance standards across all logistics activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale warehousing and transportation operations.
• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on cost leadership and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated people‑leadership skills, capable of building high‑performing, agile teams.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive cost optimisation and service improvement.
