Key User – Accounts Payable & A2A (S/4HANA)

About the role

We are looking for a Key User (KU) specialized in Accounts Payable and A2A on SAP S/4HANA. The role will serve as the single point of contact for vendor accounting and procure‑to‑pay processes, ensuring compliance with Indian regulations and smooth integration with related systems.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary SPOC for vendor accounting, handling procure‑to‑pay processes and Indian tax compliance.
• Support customization of PISA S/4 connections, MEC activities, and bridge gaps for MDM topics.
• Participate in integration testing with procurement and logistics systems.
• Collaborate with tax teams to set up TDS, withholding tax, and ensure accurate ICR reconciliation and payable ageing reports.
• Document processes, benchmark standards, and validate configuration of PISA‑related activities.
• Assist in data migration, system testing, and configuration validation aligned with Indian legal requirements.
• Conduct end‑user training, update DTPs from R3 to S/4, and create training material for S2P and A2A teams.

Required profile

• B.Com, MBA in Finance, or equivalent accounting/financial management degree (non‑correspondence).
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable management and P2P processes.
• Strong knowledge of Indian tax regulations, TDS, and inter‑company reconciliation.
• Proven ability to work with SAP FI‑AP module and handle financial close processes.
