About the role

We are looking for a full‑time J.S.W Helper to join our construction team on‑site in Jharkhand, India. The role supports skilled workers, ensures the worksite remains clean and safe, and assists with a variety of construction tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tools and materials to skilled workers as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and order on the worksite.
• Handle and transport construction materials.
• Prepare sites for upcoming work, including basic assembly and set‑up.
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure efficient project execution.
• Follow and enforce workplace safety standards.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of construction tools and their effective use.
• Experience in site preparation, material handling, and basic assembly tasks.
• Understanding of workplace safety protocols.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Physically fit for manual labour.
• Punctual, reliable and committed to quality work.
