About the role
The Housekeeping Attendant will deliver a consistent, high‑quality service to hotel guests by maintaining clean and welcoming environments throughout the property. This role is essential to ensuring guest satisfaction and upholding the standards of Hyatt Regency Trivandrum.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and tidying of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Refresh linens, replenish amenities, and report any maintenance issues.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to meet turnover targets and respond to guest requests promptly.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues at all times.
Required profile
- Relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism management (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations or housekeeping.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
