HiL Test Engineer – dSPACE (ePT)

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is looking for a motivated HiL Test Engineer to work on electric power‑train (ePT) projects. You will join a cross‑functional team that designs, integrates and validates automotive ECUs using dSPACE hardware‑in‑the‑loop platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Perform integration HIL testing for inverter and propulsion systems.
• Set up and maintain the HIL environment, including SW flashing, ECU parameter updates and test‑measurement configuration.
• Develop and execute ECU test scripts using Provetech, CANape and other dSPACE tools.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot test failures, identify root causes and produce detailed reports.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure test coverage and compliance with automotive standards.
• Support Agile development cycles and use JIRA for task tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical & Electronics, EEE or Computer Science.
• 1‑3 years of experience in automotive verification and validation, preferably with functional testing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and JIRA.
