About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to head the sales function of our Digital & Advanced Technology (DAT) business unit. The Head of Sales will define and execute the strategic vision, drive growth through high‑impact digital transformation programmes and build strong client relationships across domestic and international markets.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the overall sales strategy, vision and growth roadmap for the DAT unit, aligning with market trends and emerging technologies.
- Lead business development initiatives, including new market entry, service expansion and acquisition of large strategic deals.
- Own revenue growth and profitability, monitor targets versus budget and enhance project margins.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects, clients and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Lead, mentor and scale high‑performing sales, delivery and technology teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Collaborate with BU heads, cluster heads and functional leaders to drive integrated growth and provide performance insights to senior leadership.
Required profile
- Post‑graduate or graduate in Engineering, preferably with an MBA in Marketing.
- 15+ years of front‑line sales experience in engineering services, EPCM or consulting organisations.
- Proven track record in P&L management, large‑deal closures and business growth.
- Experience managing end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale digital transformation programmes.
