About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Architecture Leader to build and scale a high‑performing Architecture Services practice that supports large‑scale U.S. projects. This strategic position will be based in Mumbai and will drive business growth, technical excellence, and cross‑border collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and expand an Architecture Services practice delivering U.S. project solutions.
• Lead business development, operational excellence, and talent development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. building codes, design standards, and construction methodologies.
• Drive innovation, digital transformation, and AI adoption across the practice.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate global project delivery.

Required profile

• 18+ years of architectural experience with strong exposure to U.S. projects.
• Proven track record of leading large multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to grow business, improve operations, and manage key stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of U.S. building codes, design standards, and construction processes.
