• Negotiate freight rates and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients.
• Resolve logistical challenges quickly to keep deliveries on track.
• Provide excellent customer service and act as the primary point of contact for account management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in freight brokerage and brokerage operations.
• Strong background in customer service and client communication.
• Effective account management abilities with a focus on long‑term relationships.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
