Enterprise Solution Architect – Supply Planning & Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to lead architecture across retail and supply‑chain domains, focusing on supply planning and manufacturing. You will work closely with Pre‑Sales, Product Management, and Delivery teams to shape roadmaps and ensure scalable, high‑performing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end solutions that translate complex business requirements into integrated, scalable architectures.
• Lead business‑process analysis workshops and produce comprehensive functional and technical designs.
• Act as a trusted advisor and domain expert, recommending best practices and process optimizations.
• Present solution strategies and measurable outcomes to executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate across Consulting, Pre‑Sales, Cloud, and Support teams to ensure alignment and knowledge transfer.
• Support project planning by estimating scope, cost, and integration complexity.
• Facilitate solution demonstrations and integration discussions between Enterprise Planning and Store Shelf Planning systems.
• Identify incremental revenue and enhancement opportunities, building business cases for future improvements.
• Mentor Solution Architects and Consultants, promoting architectural consistency and capability growth.
• Champion standardization through frameworks, templates, and best‑practice methodologies.

Required profile

• 15+ years in manufacturing or supply‑chain planning, with at least 5 years focused on JDA/Blue Yonder Enterprise Planning.
• Deep functional and architectural expertise in demand planning, supply planning, MRP, production planning, order optimization, inventory planning, and S&OP.
• Proven experience in solution estimation, architecture governance, and end‑to‑end delivery leadership.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes across CPG, white goods, automotive, semiconductor, metals, and pharmaceutical sectors.
• Excellent presentation, analytical, stakeholder‑management, and communication skills.
