Dispatch Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Dispatch Executive to oversee daily outbound shipments from our Manesar facility. The role ensures that orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched to B2B clients while maintaining proper documentation and coordination with logistics partners.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily dispatch plans, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for dealers, distributors, and B2B clients.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, e‑way bills, delivery challans, and packing lists.
• Coordinate with transporters and courier partners to schedule vehicle placement and pickups.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team for correct order processing, labeling, and loading per client specifications.
• Update dispatch records, daily logs, and MIS reports in ERP/Excel in real time.
• Communicate dispatch status, delays, or discrepancies to sales and customer service teams.
• Verify physical stock against system records before dispatch and report shortages.
• Ensure outbound shipments comply with GST norms, company SOPs, and transporter agreements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in dispatch or logistics operations, preferably in a B2B manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of e‑way bill generation, GST invoicing, and dispatch documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high‑volume dispatches accurately.
