DevOps Engineer

About the role

Join Zuora’s engineering team as a DevOps Engineer and help build the resilient, scalable cloud infrastructure that powers our subscription management platform. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with developers and operations teams to deliver reliable, high‑performance services to global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Argo CD, or similar.
• Champion GitOps practices for infrastructure and application delivery.
• Automate provisioning with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm).
• Ensure security, availability, and performance of production systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve delivery efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues.
• Monitor health and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stacks.
• Drive cost‑optimization, performance tuning, and system hardening initiatives.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and incident management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles.
• Strong expertise with AWS cloud services.
• Hands‑on experience building CI/CD pipelines and deploying Kubernetes workloads.
• Proficiency in Python, Golang, and Terraform.
• Solid understanding of GitOps workflows and observability practices.
