Cyber Manager – Threat Exposure Management

About the role

We are seeking a Cyber Manager specialized in Threat Exposure Management to lead the Identify capability at Maersk. The role focuses on continuously evaluating the accessibility, exposure, and exploitability of our global infrastructure, applications, identities, cloud, OT/IoT, AI and third‑party ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern the enterprise‑wide Threat Exposure and Vulnerability Management lifecycle across IT, OT/ICS, multi‑cloud, container, and AI/ML environments.
• Oversee continuous asset discovery, authenticated scanning, passive/active enumeration, exploitability analysis, threat correlation and prioritisation.
• Integrate threat exposure outputs with risk acceptance workflows and exception governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to remediate identified exposures and drive reduction programmes.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing technical team, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technical teams in cyber security or vulnerability management.
• Strong track record of establishing industry‑driven threat exposure practices.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex technical findings.
