About the role
The Customer Service Executive will work in the Technical Support Center, handling customer queries and ensuring smooth operations. This operational position requires proactive problem‑solving and the ability to seek guidance when needed to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of reported customer issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for system or application problems.
- Follow standard escalation procedures for unresolved issues and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and work proactively to meet them.
Required profile
- Graduate with 0‑4 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities.
- Prior experience in fast‑paced, high‑availability, 24 × 7 environments.
- Awareness of the latest technologies in the domain.
