About the role
Accenture is seeking a Customer Contact Communications Associate – Voice to join its Finance Operations vertical. The role focuses on handling inbound and outbound voice interactions while supporting financial processes such as collections, cash reconciliation and dispute management.
Key responsibilities
- Collect operational data and reports to determine financial outcomes.
- Conduct analysis and reconcile transactions related to accounts receivable.
- Manage OTC collections and disputes, including debt collection, aged debt reporting and dunning processes.
- Perform cash reconciliations, follow up on missing remittances and prepare accurate refund packages.
- Record all collection activities in the designated client tool and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.
- Deliver process requirements to achieve key performance targets and support team KPIs.
Required profile
- Graduation (any discipline) with 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in account management and accounts receivable.
- Ability to learn quickly, work well in a team and perform under pressure.
- Strong deadline‑orientation and agility in a fast‑paced environment.
