Cryogenic & Vacuum Jacketed Fabricator – Installation & Commissioning

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Cryogenic & Vacuum Jacketed Fabricator to join our team in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on the fabrication, installation, and commissioning of LNG fuel stations, ensuring safe and efficient operation of cryogenic systems.

Key responsibilities

• Fit and align vacuum‑jacketed pipes (VJP) according to engineering drawings.
• Perform hydrostatic and pressure tests, verify insulation integrity, and conduct vacuum performance checks.
• Cut, bend, and weld stainless steel or alloy pipes for cryogenic service.
• Assemble inner and outer pipe layers, seal vacuum jackets, and carry out leak detection.
• Maintain daily installation logs, inspection records, and handover documentation.
• Support commissioning engineers during trial runs and system validation.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in cryogenic or LNG system fabrication.
• Knowledge of PNGRB/OISD guidelines and compliance standards.
• Ability to work safely with PPE and follow site safety protocols.
