Creative Producer

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Producer to lead video and visual content for a fast‑growing luxury fashion and jewellery brand. The role combines strategic planning, budget management and hands‑on production oversight to deliver high‑quality assets across social, retail, web and launch campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Assess creative briefs and determine production feasibility while aligning social and agency teams.
• Own and manage budgets, validate agency estimates and control costs.
• Lead pre‑production activities including location scouting, crew hiring, casting, styling, scheduling and approvals.
• Ensure delivery of high‑quality video output for social media, retail displays, website content, product launches and special projects.
• Build and maintain efficient workflows and communication systems to sustain speed and quality.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in creative production within fashion, luxury, beauty, entertainment, advertising or digital content.
• Proven track record managing production agencies and large‑scale shoots.
• Expertise in budgeting, cost evaluation and production planning.
• Proactive problem‑solver who anticipates risks and offers solutions.
• Organised, decisive and calm under pressure.
