Consultant / Senior Consultant / Consulting Manager – Technology Advisory

About the role

ISG is seeking experienced consultants to join its Technology Advisory practice. The role involves advising large enterprises on IT outsourcing, sourcing transactions and digital transformation initiatives, leveraging AI, cloud and other emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support ITO sourcing and deal advisory engagements for global clients.
• Design and negotiate large‑scale outsourcing solutions, including cost models, service level agreements and target operating models.
• Conduct assessments of clients’ IT environments, spend analysis and process maturity to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop business cases and financial models for global outsourced services.
• Advise on integration of generative AI, cloud and digital solutions into outsourcing strategies.
• Drive practice development through sales support, proposal writing and creation of IP and solution assets.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of recent consulting experience in the outsourcing or IT transformation space.
• Proven track record in deal advisory, having advised or led ITO sourcing transactions.
• Strong understanding of global large‑deal practices, cost levers and service provider management.
• Experience delivering transformation initiatives, shared services or offshoring programs.
• Client‑facing exposure with the ability to develop and present strategic recommendations.
