Coding Educator (Australian Shift)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Coding Educators to deliver live, interactive coding lessons to K-12 students on our online platform. The role is remote and follows an Australian-shift schedule, primarily on weekends, allowing you to inspire young learners across India and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live coding classes that are fun, age-appropriate and aligned with our K-12 Computer Science framework.
• Motivate students to create apps, games and websites, fostering curiosity and problem-solving skills.
• Assess student work, track progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to share updates and address concerns.
• Participate in ongoing teacher training, curriculum updates and professional development sessions.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications or equivalent (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, etc.).
• Strong programming fundamentals and comfortable with at least one language such as Python, JavaScript, Scratch or Java.
• Excellent English communication skills, patient and able to simplify complex concepts for young learners.
• Reliable home office setup with laptop/desktop, webcam, microphone and stable internet (≥10 Mbps).
• Minimum 50 hours per month availability, with mandatory weekend (Saturday & Sunday) teaching slots.
