Cluster Collections Manager – Ludhiana

About the role

PhonePe Limited is seeking a Cluster Collections Manager to lead its collections operations in the Ludhiana region. You will oversee a team of Collection Executives, work with third‑party recovery agencies, and own the performance of the delinquent portfolio for the assigned cluster.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage a team of Collection Executives, ensuring targets are met.
• Drive the collections process, monitoring KPIs such as resolution rates and delinquency buckets.
• Own portfolio delinquency rates, implement strategies to control roll rates and reduce bucket‑wise delinquencies.
• Develop and execute data‑driven collections strategies tailored to overdue accounts.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct daily monitoring, prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in collections or recovery operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
