Chief Product Officer Faculty – Executive Education

About the role

We are seeking experienced faculty members to deliver high‑impact learning sessions for senior product professionals, business leaders, and aspiring Chief Product Officers. The audience consists of mid‑to‑senior executives, product leaders, entrepreneurs, and decision‑makers with substantial industry experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live, instructor‑led sessions to cohorts of experienced professionals.
• Teach concepts across product strategy, leadership, innovation management, customer‑centricity, portfolio management, platform thinking, product operations, and digital product transformation.
• Bridge product concepts with business strategy, growth, customer experience, and organizational objectives.
• Facilitate discussions, case studies, simulations, and applied exercises tailored to senior leaders.
• Adapt delivery in real time based on audience background, industry context, and engagement levels.
• Collaborate with the academic team on session design, case selection, assessments, and learning outcomes.

Required profile

• 15+ years of industry experience in product management, product leadership, product strategy, innovation, digital transformation, or technology leadership.
• Proven ability to build, scale, and manage products that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Experience working with senior leadership teams, founders, CXOs, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders.
• Exposure to industries such as technology, SaaS, e‑commerce, fintech, healthcare, consumer products, media, or consulting.
• Strong ability to explain complex product and business concepts clearly to a highly experienced audience.
• Excellent facilitation skills with a focus on case‑based, discussion‑driven pedagogy.
• Prior experience in executive education, management development programs, leadership training, or corporate workshops is a plus.
