About the role
AVEVA is seeking a Channel Account Manager to drive business growth through strategic partner relationships in India. You will be the primary liaison for managed partners, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and align with AVEVA’s sales and product strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute partner‑focused business plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Serve as the main contract point for partners, coordinating resources and support as needed.
- Monitor partner compliance with training, certifications, and AVEVA policies.
- Escalate and resolve partner and customer issues promptly.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and publish monthly performance analyses.
- Align partner capabilities with AVEVA’s product portfolio, including PI systems, Operations Control, and Asset Performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners have adequate marketing, sales, presales, support, and training coverage.
Required profile
- 6–8 years of enterprise‑level software sales or partner management experience, preferably in India.
- Proven track record of managing channel partners or Value Added Resellers.
- Strong understanding of operational technology (OT) applications and AVEVA product lines.
- Ability to drive subscription‑based ARR through AVEVA FLEX Program.
- Excellent social and organizational skills with a collaborative mindset.
